The Faculty Handbook of Â鶹´«Ã½ (pdf opens in a new window) is the University’s official statement of its policies governing faculty status, benefits, and professional rights and responsibilities. The provisions of this Handbook are intended to advance the University’s mission, enhance academic freedom, stimulate enthusiasm and teamwork, and promote excellence in teaching. All faculty members have a responsibility to know and adhere to the provisions. Appendices include the Faculty Governance Bylaws and Constitution.
